Prize Condition

Both personal watercraft and the trailer are pre-owned and will be awarded in “AS IS” condition. Hour readings listed above are approximate and may vary slightly due to transportation, maintenance, inspections, promotional use, photography, videography, or demonstration purposes prior to prize transfer.

Normal wear, cosmetic imperfections, and signs of prior use should be expected. Kentucky Dream Sweepstakes LLC makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding future performance, condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.


Estimated Prize Value

The combined approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize package is $15,000 USD.

Actual market value may vary based on condition, location, and market demand at the time of prize transfer.


Winner Responsibilities

The winner will be responsible for:

  • Title transfer fees
  • Registration fees
  • Taxes, if applicable
  • Insurance
  • Transportation or pickup arrangements
  • Any future maintenance or repairs

Kentucky Dream will provide documentation reasonably necessary to transfer ownership of the prize package to the verified winner.
