Kentucky Dream Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not currently available.
We primarily use the following carriers:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- UPS (when needed for larger or heavier items)
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volumes.
- Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount during promotions (details shown at checkout).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your shipping address
- Weight and dimensions of the items
- Chosen shipping method
We aim to keep costs as low as possible while ensuring safe delivery.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We ship only to valid physical addresses in the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain large or signature-required items.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
