Kentucky Dream Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kentucky Dream. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. All sales are final unless an exchange is approved under the conditions below.

1. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason. Once your order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. This includes change of mind, wrong size/color chosen by the customer, or any other personal reasons.

2. Exchanges

We will consider an exchange only under these strict conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • The exchange must be for the exact same product (different size, color, or variant only — we do not exchange for a different item or model).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email receipt).

Exchanges are subject to availability of the replacement item. If the requested exchange item is not in stock, we will not issue a refund and the original item will be returned to you at your expense.

3. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [exchange@kentuckydream.com] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Wait for our approval before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. If approved, ship the item back to us at your own expense using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement (same product) to you at no additional charge (if in stock).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective (not due to customer misuse), please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and may approve a replacement. This is the only situation where we may make an exception to our standard no-refund policy.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

6. Final Sale Items

Certain items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “As-Is” are not eligible for exchange.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Return Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect any changes. Your continued use of our website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
