The Kentucky Dream Sweepstakes is sponsored by Kentucky Dream Giveaways LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company (“Sponsor”).
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. It is void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor or its affiliates are not eligible.
The Promotion for (Giveaway #003)begins on September 10th, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on October 31st 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (51 days from Beginning to End)
How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, participants may receive bonus entries by purchasing eligible merchandise or digital products from www.kentuckydream.com. The number of bonus entries awarded is based on the purchase amount. However, purchases do not improve odds of winning over AMOE entries. All entries have equal odds of winning.
FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY METHOD (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)
Participants may enter the Kentucky Dream Sweepstakes without making a purchase by submitting a mail-in entry as described below. Mail-in entries are referred to as the “Alternate Method of Entry” (“AMOE”).
To enter by mail, hand print your full legal name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card or piece of paper, and place it in a properly stamped envelope addressed to:

Mail-in entries must be handwritten and legible. Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate envelope with sufficient postage. Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, or bulk entries are void.
All mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Sweepstakes Entry Period and received prior to the drawing date stated in these Official Rules. Each eligible mail-in entry will receive the same number of entries into the sweepstakes drawing as the lowest priced entry-eligible product offered on the website during the promotion period.
There is no limit to the number of mail-in entries a participant may submit, provided each entry is mailed separately in accordance with these instructions.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage-due, or damaged mail entries.
All mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
By submitting a mail-in entry, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

BONUS ENTRY PROMOTIONS
From time to time during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, offer limited-time promotional opportunities, including but not limited to bonus entries, entry multipliers, discounted products, featured products, flash sales, promotional codes, sponsor promotions, or other special offers (collectively, “Bonus Entry Promotions”).
Any Bonus Entry Promotion will be announced by Sponsor through the Sweepstakes Website, email communications, social media channels, or other promotional materials and will specify the applicable start and end times, eligibility requirements, and entry awards.
Unless otherwise expressly stated by Sponsor, Bonus Entry Promotions are available only during the announced promotional period and expire automatically at the conclusion of such period.
To participate in a Bonus Entry Promotion through the Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”), entrants must clearly handwrite the applicable Bonus Entry Promotion date on the entry card submitted with their mail-in entry.
Mail-in entries submitted for a Bonus Entry Promotion must be postmarked no later than three (3) calendar days following the promotional date written on the entry card and must otherwise comply with all AMOE requirements contained in these Official Rules.
Provided the entry is postmarked within the required three (3) day period, eligible AMOE submissions shall receive the same bonus entry allocation designated for that Bonus Entry Promotion.
If the promotional date is omitted, illegible, altered, or if the entry is postmarked more than three (3) calendar days after the promotional date indicated on the entry card, the entry shall remain eligible for the Sweepstakes but shall receive the standard AMOE entry allocation applicable outside the Bonus Entry Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify compliance with this provision and to reject any entry that appears to have been intentionally misrepresented, altered, or submitted in a manner inconsistent with these Official Rules.
All determinations regarding Bonus Entry Promotion eligibility shall be made by Sponsor in good faith and shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor reserves the right to create, modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate Bonus Entry Promotions at any time, provided such actions are not implemented in a manner that materially alters the winner selection process or the odds of winning beyond the effect of additional eligible entries being received.
All bonus entries, promotional entries, and multiplied entries awarded pursuant to a Bonus Entry Promotion shall be deemed eligible entries for all purposes under these Official Rules and shall be included in the final drawing.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, including entries received through Bonus Entry Promotions and the Alternate Method of Entry.
Sponsor’s determination regarding the calculation, allocation, and administration of promotional entries shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
Prize The Prize consists of a 2024 pre-owned Polaris Rzr Pro R ultimate. The Prize is awarded in its existing condition at the time of transfer (“AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS”), with no guarantees or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, performance, or future reliability.
The side by side (Prize) is a used vehicle and may contain normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, scratches, dents, mechanical wear, or other conditions consistent with prior use. Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, perform routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, or inspections prior to transfer of the Prize.
By accepting the Prize, the winner acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the Prize or waive such inspection and accept the Prize in its current condition. The winner assumes all responsibility for maintenance, repairs, operation, storage, transportation, registration, insurance, and any costs associated with ownership and use of the Prize after transfer.
No cash substitution, replacement, or exchange will be provided except at the sole discretion of Kentucky Dream Giveaways LLC, which reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make the advertised Prize unavailable.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by random drawing on or about 5 days from the end of the giveaway period and all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and phone and must respond within 7 days or an alternate winner may be selected. Prior to receiving the prize, the winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, city/state, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or unauthorized intervention. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these official rules. By participating, all entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
Privacy
Information collected during the Promotion is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.kentuckydreamgiveaways.com/privacy.
Disputes
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and resolved exclusively in Pulaski County, Kentucky.
Winner List
The winner’s name will be posted at www.kentuckydreamgiveaways.com/winners within 30 days after the drawing.
State Disclosures
Void where prohibited. New York, Florida, and Rhode Island residents are excluded from this giveaway
