What Happens If You Win the Prize?
At Kentucky Dream, transparency is extremely important to us. Below is the exact process that occurs once the giveaway drawing is complete so every participant understands how the winner receives the property.
Step 1 — Official Drawing
When the giveaway entry period closes, all eligible entries will be compiled and a random drawing will be conducted to determine the winner.
The drawing will be completed using a fair and randomized selection process in accordance with the Official Rules of the giveaway.
Step 2 — Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry.
Notification may include:
• Phone call
• Direct message (if applicable)
The winner will be required to respond within the time period specified in the Official Rules to confirm eligibility.
Step 3 — Verification & Documentation
Before the prize can be transferred, the winner must complete standard documentation, including:
• Winner Affidavit of Eligibility
• Liability & Publicity Release (where permitted)
• Identity verification confirming eligibility
These steps ensure the drawing remains fair and compliant with sweepstakes regulations.
Step 4- Prize Transfer & Delivery
The Prize will be awarded to the verified winner following completion of all required eligibility verification documents. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, registration fees, title transfer fees, insurance, transportation, licensing, and any other costs associated with accepting or operating the Prize.
The Prize consists of two used personal watercraft (jet skis) and trailer and will be transferred in “as-is” condition with no warranties, expressed or implied, except for any transferable manufacturer warranties that may remain in effect. Sponsor makes no representations regarding the condition, performance, or future value of the Prize.
Title and ownership of the Prize will be transferred to the winner within a reasonable period following winner verification. The winner must take possession of the Prize within thirty (30) days of notification unless otherwise agreed to by Sponsor. If the winner fails to take possession within the required timeframe, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternate winner as permitted by applicable law and the Official Rules.
The winner is responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws related to ownership, registration, and operation of the Prize. Kentucky Dream Sweepstakes LLC will provide any documentation reasonably necessary to complete the title transfer process.
