OFFICIAL RULES – Kentucky Dream Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Kentucky Dream Sweepstakes is sponsored by Kentucky Dream Giveaways LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company (“Sponsor”).
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. It is void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor or its affiliates are not eligible.
The Promotion for (Giveaway 002)begins on June 6th, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on July 8th 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (30 days from Beginning to End)
How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, participants may receive bonus entries by purchasing eligible merchandise or digital products from www.kentuckydream.com. The number of bonus entries awarded is based on the purchase amount. However, purchases do not improve odds of winning over AMOE entries. All entries have equal odds of winning.
FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY METHOD (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)
Participants may enter the Kentucky Dream Sweepstakes without making a purchase by submitting a mail-in entry as described below. Mail-in entries are referred to as the “Alternate Method of Entry” (“AMOE”).
To enter by mail, hand print your full legal name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card or piece of paper, and place it in a properly stamped envelope addressed to:

Mail-in entries must be handwritten and legible. Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate envelope with sufficient postage. Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, or bulk entries are void.
All mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Sweepstakes Entry Period and received prior to the drawing date stated in these Official Rules. Each eligible mail-in entry will receive the same number of entries into the sweepstakes drawing as the lowest priced entry-eligible product offered on the website during the promotion period.
There is no limit to the number of mail-in entries a participant may submit, provided each entry is mailed separately in accordance with these instructions.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage-due, or damaged mail entries.
All mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
By submitting a mail-in entry, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Prize The Prize consists of two pre-owned personal watercraft (jet skis) and one trailer. The Prize is awarded in its existing condition at the time of transfer (“AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS”), with no guarantees or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, performance, or future reliability.
The jet skis and trailer are used vehicles and may contain normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, scratches, dents, mechanical wear, or other conditions consistent with prior use. Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, perform routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, or inspections prior to transfer of the Prize.
By accepting the Prize, the winner acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the Prize or waive such inspection and accept the Prize in its current condition. The winner assumes all responsibility for maintenance, repairs, operation, storage, transportation, registration, insurance, and any costs associated with ownership and use of the Prize after transfer.
No cash substitution, replacement, or exchange will be provided except at the sole discretion of Kentucky Dream Giveaways LLC, which reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make the advertised Prize unavailable.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by random drawing on or about 5 days from the end of the giveaway period and all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and phone and must respond within 7 days or an alternate winner may be selected. Prior to receiving the prize, the winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, city/state, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or unauthorized intervention. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these official rules. By participating, all entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
Privacy
Information collected during the Promotion is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.kentuckydreamgiveaways.com/privacy.
Disputes
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and resolved exclusively in Pulaski County, Kentucky.
Winner List
The winner’s name will be posted at www.kentuckydreamgiveaways.com/winners within 30 days after the drawing.
State Disclosures
Void where prohibited. New York, Florida, and Rhode Island residents are excluded from this giveaway
