Kentucky Dream is committed to conducting all sweepstakes in a lawful, transparent, and secure manner. We take fraud prevention seriously and implement safeguards to protect participants, entrants, and winners.

Official Entry & Payment Channels

All entries into Kentucky Dream sweepstakes must be submitted exclusively through our official website: [www.kentuckydream.com].

We do not authorize, and expressly prohibit, any third party from collecting payments or entries on our behalf unless explicitly stated on our website.

Kentucky Dream will never request payment via:

  • Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or wire transfer
  • Direct messages on social media
  • Unverified third-party platforms

Any such request should be considered fraudulent.

No Purchase Necessary

In compliance with applicable sweepstakes laws, no purchase is necessary to enter or win. A free alternative method of entry (AMOE) is available and described in our Official Rules.

Making a purchase will not increase your odds of winning.

Winner Selection & Verification

All winners are selected in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Official Rules.

To ensure fairness and compliance:

  • Winners may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and/or provide valid government-issued identification
  • Kentucky Dream reserves the right to conduct background checks to verify eligibility and compliance
  • Failure to comply with verification requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner

Impersonation & Fraudulent Activity

Any attempt by individuals or entities to impersonate Kentucky Dream, its owners, or representatives constitutes fraud.

Kentucky Dream is not responsible for:

  • Entries submitted through unauthorized or fraudulent channels
  • Losses incurred as a result of scams or impersonation
  • Communications from unofficial accounts or domains

We reserve the right to take legal action against any party engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices involving our brand.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in any Kentucky Dream sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Kentucky Dream, its owners, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to:

  • Participation in the sweepstakes
  • Acceptance, possession, or use of any prize
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of entry data
  • Technical errors, interruptions, or failures of any kind

All sweepstakes are governed by the Official Rules and applicable federal and state laws.

Official Communications

All official communications from Kentucky Dream will:

  • Originate from our verified social media accounts or official website
  • Be sent from an email address associated with our domain (e.g., @kentuckydream.com)
  • Never require payment or sensitive financial information to claim a prize

Reporting Fraud

If you suspect fraudulent activity or impersonation related to Kentucky Dream, please report it immediately:
